Profile
Candidate
will identify, qualify, manage and close opportunities (sales) with prospective
clients within a targeted territory. Candidate will also manage ongoing
business relationships with customers (once their prospects become customers)
maintaining regular contact, promoting incremental products and services,
resolving client issues and renewing expiring contracts. Candidate will work in
a team-based, solution-selling environment. Candidate is responsible for
generating their own qualified opportunities and clients through extensive
networking, cold calling and relationship-marketing activities. Candidate will
also follow through on leads generated by Brilliant Blue and manage a range of
accounts already secured by the company. Candidate is ultimately responsible
for achieving budgeted numbers (i.e. quota) assigned to them on a monthly,
quarterly and annual basis.
Our
Ideal Candidate
Candidate
will have between 2 and 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the services
and/or technology industry, with a strong preference for a combination of both.
Candidate must have a verifiable, proven track record of success. Someone who
has sold marketing and technology services to the medical/healthcare, consumer
durables, luxury goods, real estate and/or action sport industry is a huge
plus, but not required. Strong new business development, sales and
organizational skills are very necessary to succeed in this role. You must be a
team player and have demonstrated a strong work ethic and the ability to reach
and exceed goals and quotas. A highly motivated, driven, and confident person
is expected. You must be persistent and demonstrate tenacity in delivering
consistent results that help the company and the business development team to
succeed and grow. You must have a strong appetite for learning, growing and
succeeding.
Location
This position is located in Dallas, Texas. There is strong preference for candidates with local knowledge and networks. However, motivated people with the ability to re-locate themselves are also encouraged to apply.

This position offers a competitive base salary, an extremely attractive commission plan and a bonus structure based on your performance. The company also offers a referral fee to assist Business Development Executives usage of third party referral networks.
